SERAPHICUM CONGRESS CENTRE
The Seraphicum complex is inside a natural park with maritime pines, eucalyptus, mimosas and Mediterranean trees. The property, owned by Franciscan Fathers, was recently renovated and it is managed by a team of lay staff. This was a University college founded in 1587 by Pope Sixtus V.

Located in the elegant EUR district of Rome, not far from the Laurentina terminal station of Metro Line B – in 20’ you are in downtown Rome, the Colosseum, main railway station Termini.
You may reserve your accommodation in the EUR district or in downtown Rome, considering to reach the Congress Centre by metro Line B.
How to get there:
Take the underground line B to the Laurentina stop, exiting the station, turn right onto Via Laurentina for 200 meters, at the traffic light on the right you will find Via del Serafico, 1.
Take the G.R.A. exit 25 towards Laurentina centro, continue for about 2.5 km, at the traffic light turn right into via del Serafico.

VISA INFORMATIONAND INVITATION LETTERS
Several NON-EU citizens will need a Visa to enter Italy.
We strongly recommend you to check the official website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for updated and detailed information regarding entrance visas to Italy.
We also suggest you to contact the Italian Embassy or Consulate nearest to you. Invitation letter is not enough to obtain VISA for most NO-SCHENGEN countries (i.e.: countries outside EU). Check your status at the above link Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Organizing Committee will make every effort to facilitate the issuance of visas. We strongly recommend to provide the necessary documentation to the Embassy or Consulate well in advance.
The invitation letter will not be legally or financially binding on the Organizing Committee. Expenses related to the Congress shall be borne by Delegates themselves.
The Organizing Secretariat will help you if you need a letter of invitation for visa purposes.
After you have completed the Wacem 2024 Congress registration process and have paid the registration fees, you can request a VISA INVITATION letter by sending an email to wacem24@fullday.com including the following information:
- Your full name as per passport
- Country of residence and full private address
- Your passport number and expiry date
- Your place and date of birth
- Citizenship
- Your workplace and affiliation
