** Students / PhD Students are required to send a certificate proving their status to the online registration form.
We will be able to confirm admission according to registration date ‘first come first served basis’.

Conference registration via the website will be accepted until October 25^th, 2024.
From Oct. 26^th we will be able to accept only on-site registrations, with payment by credit card only.

Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected and charged the late rate.
A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Congress account on time.

PER I SOLI CITTADINI ITALIANI Iscrizioni con pagamento quota a carico di ASL/Enti Pubblici: Le iscrizioni con pagamento da parte della pubblica amministrazione saranno accettate sino ad esaurimento posti ed entro il termine ultimo del 5 Settembre 2024 solo per gli enti che potranno gestire gli ordini SNO tramite canale PEC.

Chi si registra all’evento e desidera che l’iscrizione venga fatturata ad una P.A. deve aver già ricevuto l’autorizzazione a partecipare – non sarà possibile iscriversi in attesa di autorizzazione; il pagamento dovrà essere effettuato direttamente dall’Ente, che dovrà inviare alla Segreteria (email generale: iscrizioni@fullday.com – PEC: fullday@pec.fullday.com) entro la scadenza del 5 Settembre 2024 un documento ufficiale, buono d’ordine, contenente l’impegno di spesa, i dati per la fatturazione e eventuale Esenzione Iva (indicare Articolo) o regime di split payment. La Segreteria emetterà poi fattura con pagamento a 30gg.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Policy and terms
All changes/cancellations must be notified by email to the Congress Secretariat Full Day Srl – email: registration@fullday.com. The following cancellation policy will apply:

before Sept. 15^th, 2024: 100% refund
before October 15^th, 2024: 70% refund
before October 31^st, 2024: 50% refund
from Nov. 1^st , 2024: No refund.

In case of cancellation at any stage, administrative fee (€50,00) will not be refunded.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

Force majeure
In the event of a situation of force majeure, either Party may terminate this Agreement, giving fifteen (15) days’ written notice to the other Party, and without obligation to pay any compensation for this reason. In the event that the Agreement is terminated due to force majeure, the amounts already paid or the work already done prior to the termination of the contract shall be recognized as property or collection rights in favour of the Party that has performed such services.
«Force majeure» shall include natural disasters, strikes, lockouts or any other labour disputes, acts of anti-social elements, wars – whether declared or not – blockades, insurrection, revolts, epidemics, landslides, earthquakes, storms, lightning, floods, social unrest, explosions and other unforeseeable events beyond the control of either party that impede the performance of the Contract, and which cannot be overcome by the application of due diligence by either party.
Included as cases of force majeure are government decisions of the Italian State, whether at national, regional or local level, of the institutions of the European Union or of any other international body or organization, which prevent or hinder the execution of the Contract.

Personal Insurance
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal injuries or losses or damage to property belonging to the conference participants, either during or as a result of the event. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
